Do You Need Assistance?
FAITH “Fighting Cancer” is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run by a team of compassionate volunteers and are not faith based. Our mission is to provide emotional and financial support to cancer patients and their families as well as assist in educational and preventative care programs in Montgomery County, Texas. We accomplish our mission with the generous donations of businesses, individuals, other local 501(c)(3) charities and an active group of dedicated volunteers.
Due to overwhelming requests, eligible applicants are limited to one time assistance.
You must meet the following qualifications to request an application:
- The patient is currently and has lived in Montgomery County, TX for the past 12 months
- The patient is currently receiving cancer treatment
- The patient has not received prior assistance from this program
- The patient or legal guardian must sign and submit the final application
All requests for applications are reviewed and the extent if any assistance is a board decision. Your will be contacted within 30 days by email or US Mail with a full application or a non- qualifying notice.
We are a small organization but assisting our local patients with cancer is our highest priority. If you meet the requirements above, please click below to request an application.

- The patient is currently receiving cancer treatments
- The patient resides in Montgomery County
- The patient and/or family member must complete the application
- All applications are reviewed and the extent if any assistance is a board decision.
A volunteer will be assigned to you and you will be notified if we can help. We are a small organization and our funds are limited, but assisting patients with cancer in Montgomery County is our highest priority.
